I'd say a French Bulldog, but it's not just a small English Bulldog. It's its own separate breed. Do your homework if you are considering one of these types of dogs - they can be VERY high maintenance.

Yes, there is such a thing as a miniture bulldog. I have seen it while searching for "toy breeds". Just type in your search bar, "miniture bulldogs", and they arent just puppies either.

You could actually consider a Boston Terrier the smallest of the "bully type" breeds.
