It's not just the lotion. Drink more water. Your skin gets hydrated from the inside. Lotion is just a protective barrier to slow evaporation.

Limit exposure to hot water and dry heat, like wood stoves. Maybe your house needs a humidifier. An inexpensive hygrometer to measure the humidity level in your home or office will answer that.

Baby Magic by Playtex
Baby Magic® Gentle Baby Lotion
After complaining about how dry and chapped my hands were, a male co-worker of mine had told me about Baby Magic Lotion. He told me he uses it and even gave me a bottle. Works great. All of us girls in the department are now using it. You will see and feel the difference.
I've spent alot on other products like Curel, Nivea, Eucerin, Shisheido, etc. Nothing gave me the same results as Baby Magic. If they did, I would still be using them. Right?

A doctor told me to rub baby oil all over when you get out of the bath or shower, and you can use Eucerin cream. She said it doesnt contain alcohol like other lotions.

Vaseline. Or, if you can't stand the oily effect (especially in the day) Oil of Olay (the original formula) on your face.
For body, Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula.

My own skin used to be REALLY sensitive and so dry it would crack in my face if I did sometihng like yawn or open my mouth, so these have all been great products.

I guarantee this will be the weirdest response you get to this question. The best cream for dry skin (trust me I've used it and FARMERS, yes farmers will swear by it as well....remember they work in the cold weather and get dry hands that its almost chapped) HOOF AND TEAT PROTECTOR, you can get it at any veterinarian clinic.
