Sounds like your on the right track. Break up your meals to many small portions throughout the day so your body has more time to burn it rather than store it as fat.
Running / swimming will definitely trim you up. Dont drink anything but water. SOUnds like you know what your doing..keep it up!

You are doing GREAT! Keep up the work...this weight did not come on overnight, and will not leave that way either. Appreciate small goals & recognize that the scale isn't your friend right now...you need to weigh yourself once a week or so...NOT every day. Your body is going through so many changes that the scale will just make you frustrated.

Don't forget to add a little strength training to your workout...even if it's just push ups, sit ups and arm curls (you can use cans or whatever for weights.)

Pace yourself! Don't try and make this about how much you change every 5 minutes and you'll do better in the long run.

Good luck!

Eat three healthy low fat and calorie meals a day. Also make sure that you weight lift because if you lose a lot of weight and have no muscle then the skin will just hang off your body. It often takes more than a week to lose weight give it a chance
To help you lose weight set a goal weight and also pick like a shirt that you haven't fit into for years and you that as motivation to be able to fit in that shirt again. Never give up. Something will work for you it may not be this week but something will work so do not lose sight of your goal.

First, set a goal for yourself... about how much weight do you want to lose? Then plan a REALISTIC schedule and stick to it. Losing weight takes time and if you want to do it the right and healthy way, be patient! Losing too much weight too fast can be very dangerous! Try not to think about how much you'll lose if you're running this much of a distance or how much food you've cut down... The most important thing is to do it moderately, don't ever rush & it's not just how much/little you eat, it's also WHAT you eat as well! Good luck!

Lose 10 pounds

Lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks??

There are some websites on the Internet, which promise you that you are going to lose 10 pounds in every 2 weeks. If you are good in math you will find that keeping these stats in mind, 260 pounds in a year. Losing 260 pounds is the figure, which is unbelievable and unexpected.

This kind of claims are planned just to cause clients to make impulsive decisions. When you gain weight, did you gained around 50 minds in two months? Certainly not. We gain weight in weight in small parts, which add up to our weight. This keeps on increasing with time.

I think you get what I mean to say. We normally gain weight in grams like 65 gram per week. With this stat you are going to gain around 7 pounds at the end of year.

This weight is so slow that you cannot measure it weekly. But in fur years you are going to gain around 28 pounds.

So how can you expect this weight to go in few days? You are going to lose the way you have gained it. So it will take time to lose weight. So you have to start losing weight systematically. You can lose weight by developing the good eating habits in you and nutritious foods.

Have you tried a cleanse? I've been trying exercise only for about 4 months and I only dropped 7 lbs. But with cleaning and exercising I lost 22 lbs in a month. I tried Isagenix 9 day cleanse. I'm going to do it again next month. My doctor recommended it to me for my weight loss. With a good cleanse you can lose up to 10 lbs in 9 days. And it's not just water weight. Just cleanse, eat healthy and exercise at least 1 hour 3 times a week. Even if it's just walking around the mall or the track. I'm now on month 2 and I've lost a total of 35lbs. Good luck.
