i had a cat scan the other day and it showed that i have a cyst in my spleen and i shouldn't worry till it bothers me. well it bothers me that i have this problem and also it showed that i have a fatty liver what that mean?

1. you should really talk to your doctor about your concerns. Of course it bothers you that you have this thing in one of your organs. But it isn't uncommon and if it were life-threatening, the doc would probably take measures to take care of it.
2. fatty liver is just when there is an accumulation of fat in liver cells. If you asked your doc, i'm sure he/she already explained that ther can be multiple causes of that, including, alcohol, obesity, starvation, etc. and treatment would depend on cause of the buildup. But, the doctor can give you a more information than anyone on this website or any others can. Go talk to your doctor!
