If you can top this, you are awesome. I take albacore, musgh it nice so the mayo gets everywhere. Then I add lemon juice, black pepper and lay it on a bed of fresh tomatoes, american cheese, on a nice toasted french bread. Maybe I asked too much, but try...

ok, so it is how I make it to make is as healthful as conceivable and also somewhat tastier. For one sandwich: -Take 2 table spoon of tuna (gentle meat) - upload a teaspoon of light mayo (get as gentle as you could) - Finely chopped carrots, celeries and cucumbers (about 2 tablespoon al at the same time) - 0.5 a teaspoon mustard - I toast the breads and placed the blend interior. Then I upload layers of lettuce and close with yet another slice of entire grain bread. correct with some olives in a toothpich, seems fairly appetizing and healthful.

Sounds really good to me!

If you're looking for a healthier version, I used to work at a cafe where we used low-fat plain yoghurt instead of mayo in our tuna. Kept things moist without getting too fattening.

Try this and see if you like it better.

Add a little mayo, a splash of lime juice and cut up fresh cilantro. It's great!

Try adding to your recipe a little curry powder and diced green chilis. Serve on wheat with cheddar, not american cheese.
