I have a 3 year old Dell Computer, 256Ram, 2.4G Processor with Windows XP Professional. I need to download Quicktime, but it will not load the newer version, I need to down load the older version first. Dell could not get it to download. Anyone with Ideas. Please help, i bought my son a new Apple I Pod red limited edition. And we need to download quicktime. Thanks, patet4

Why will it not you download the new version. Make sure you don't have a version on your computer already. Go to start > control panel > add/remove programs, if it is in there delete it and go back to apples website and download it again. Or try to download it from www.download.com
