Illegal means criminal. these people came here and from the beggining were breaking the law.
What a great idea, let's give lenience to criminals because mexico's government is trying to cleanse the population. Well, america has enough of economic strain without giving them privileges.
Whites are the only group in america that does not have any sort of scholarship towards that ethnic group, no aid, no interest groups, no watchdog groups to protect their rights, save for those that are considered "hate groups".
Perhaps we should place the white american on the endangered species list, considering that it fits the definition, IE, it is shrinking in number and no official action is being taken to preserve it.

Certainly not. What they should get is a taste of the 'Virtual Border'. They can always sneak across a border, but If they can't get a job, rent an apartment, get a drivers license, vote, go to school, collect welfare, or get medical benefits, what's the point in coming. Refugee Status means that they fled Mexico because of Fear for their Life.

...Most that are fleeing Mexico have a criminal background and are not fleeing for their life but to keep from serving any time for their Crime.

If they really feared for life I might agree......but when they scream viva la mexico and send billions back to that country and fly the mexican flag and burn ours.....well they kind of blew that avenue.

It depends on their personal situation and stories. If their lives are in danger due to faulty government or "drug lords" or some other major issue than Yes. Everyone has the right to be safe.
