Yes, you could probably use it, but it is going to be much sweeter and will not hold shape as well as the semi sweet.

Yes, but to stabilize the chocolate since it is softer than the semi-sweet, add about 1/4 to 1/2 bar of parrafin wax when you melt the chocolate (to about 2 cups of chips). Otherwise they will be very soft once reaching room temperature. I've got to maket these tomorrow!

yes my sister always does. If you think they may be a little sweet for your taste cut back a few teaspoons of the powdered sugar in the peanut butter or use unsweetened peanut butter
