They think they are being funny! I think it takes a very sick mind to even think of such mean,hateful& crule things to say about cats!

Sometimes I report them. It's not funny at all. A lot of serial killers started their careers by killing poor helpless animals.
Killing pets ranks right up there with pedophiles, as far as I'm concerned.
I hope they all suffer the same punishments they wish on those animals. I don't like people who do't like animals. No exceptions.

Well, in some cultures cats are considered food and in others cows are not food and killing one to eat is punishable by death.
I'd say it depends on the message. If the person is a Korean sharing his recipe for "goyangi" (cat meat), then there's no point in reporting him.
If it's someone talking about doing cruel things to cats, then I do report.

The majority of them are JUST saying it and just to upset people if they can.... and they can, very easily.
Others enjoy "dark humor" which many people do not find funny and do not understand.
I don't report people for saying they kill cats, dogs, or even humans, because if they are saying so, then they are quite likely NOT really doing it.
The best way to stop these sort of comments is to ignore them.

You should always report sick responses like this because the actions that they describe are not only illegal but they are reprehensible and beyond comprehension. Anyone who could even consider such behavior are the worst of humanity!

apparently not according to the postings I have seen,that is not right!! these are sick people trying to get more sick attention,and I get a notice from "the big guys" that when someone asked if beefjerky is healthy and I said it was great tasting that I did not give a correct answer guess I should have said something as rude as cooking and killing cats and I wouldn't have been censored!!!!!

Those people have no lives and get on yahoo trying to make people mad knowing that no one can see them or will ever know who they are. If people knew their real name or who they were, they would not be saying those things.

That happened all the time when I was on the AOL Cat Chat. It was just an annoyance to be ignored.
I have reported abuse here and it doesn't seem to have an effect.

I have reported a few nonsense questions but nothing ever happens. Some people have twisted little minds who just like to get a rise out of people. Best to just ignore them and not fuel their fire.

agreed, it is a very nasty thing to even think about. Anyone who would abuse animals would do the same to people. Turn their butt in.
