Because guys are possesive...even if they don't want to date you they don't want to think of you hooking up with other guys. Simple as that.

Sex isn't something just physical; it's emotional and spiritual, too. There was never meant to be such a thing as casual sex for humans. Yeah, people do have casual sex and that's their prerogative . . . you just can't make sex something it's not.
He may be trying to find out how safe your sexual lifestyle is, and that wouldn't be a bad thing seeing that STDs and HIV are much higher than they would be if people were more careful or cared an iota about the people they were sleeping with.
It seems to me that sex has brought you closer (at least for him). That's what sex was meant to be, a full gesture of love. Some people can ignore that longer than others. I think he gets the idea even if he doesn't understand it entirely.
May you consider a long-lasting commitment with him. You've already given him your body, and he gave his to you.

look, we guys don't make sense....we want to be the man, sleep with whoever we want, and have them only desire us....i know it doesn't make sense, but it's true....he likes you, but he likes other women as well.....he does have feelings for you, it's hard not to when you are having sex, even if it is just 'casual'. He wouldn't have asked you if you were sleeping w anyone else if he didn't care.....

Could be a "guy thing". We tend to be posessive by nature without really knowing why. Maybe it's part of our animal heritage. Anyway, why would you care if he cares or not? Sounds like a VERY casual relationship all the way around to me.

Even if I was just in a 'casual sex' relationship (just lovers) - I still would not want to be someones 'second helping' or be 'first helping' and have someone else be 'dessert'.
Casual is not the same as 'sleeping around'.

One of two reasons...perhaps both.
One: He is worried about the potential health risks if you were having sex with someone else.
Two: He still has feelings for you and would be hurt bu the idea of you having sex with someone else.

I agree with DEREK J Guys do tend to be possessive even if they (we) try not to. He just doesn't like the idea of "his girl" in bed with someone else.

Your better off without him altogether, as some point he is going to get jealous and probably physical with you over some other guy. don't take the chance.

He's being stupid. Don't sleep with a guy you don't have a relationship with. Did you ask him if he was having sex with somebody else too?Tell him if you want you can and he can't do anything about it if you guys are not together!
