Its not easy I guess, guys are kind of dumb.
Probably not flirting back is a start but the problem is if somebody likes you, almost anything can be flirt.
I'd say, if you have chance, tell him, you don't like him that way, or if he really annoys you one day, just leave and totally ignore him.
