nope, stop acting like this, we don't do this ok, we just give our opinion, there's nothing wrong with that, but alot of athiests take it as an insult for whatever reason, there's already been like a million posts asking this, and don't talk about something you don't know about, it make s you look bad, but for soem reason, you think just because we have a different belief or opinion that ours is wrong(which it's not), so mainly it's the athiests fault(if it has to be anyone fault, and I don't know why it does)
well that's pretty much it.
yeah, I'm not taking it personally, because I'm nopt one that bashes, but the "f'n kite" thing was unnesesarry, anyway, we want you to believe becasue we care about you(believe it or not), and we don't want you to die an eternal death

Hey man, I can only speak for myself but I have a lot of experience with miracles and God.I was inside the fir of a mortar blast in Beirut Lebanon in 1983 and a jeep and a tree inside the explosion blew up.I wasw closer to the center of the blast than they were.I was saved by something that wrapped around me.I saw a vision of a star in Bethlehem in the manger on R&R.I left the marines and joined the 82nd Airborne and went to panama and Desert stormn.I heard an angel tell me to stand up and draw fire with the machine gunner to get the company off the hill in Tinajitas,Panama.I did and it worked.Bullets were going between my legs and none hit me.I am filled with the Holy Ghost and when I play guitar sometimes gold dust apears on my clothes.I am qualified to answer. The reason christians are critical is because it is all real and the same spirit of religion that Jesus saw on the Pharisees attacks every believer. It takes spiritual knowledge to remember as a christian not to judge others. Now my Question,Why do non christians treat christians liken they have no right to ask others to go to a wonderful place like Heaven and offer directions to the joint?

Christians shouldn't be rude. We need to spread the Word of God. It's part of who we are. We honestly want everyone to feel the love and life changing experiences of being saved by Jesus The Christ. We are not to force or belittle someone who doesn't believe.
Merry Christmas.

Honestly David, you must be frequenting the wrong people. For many years, I socialize with Christians who have never brought up the question of God or religion but so did I. Do you perhaps involuntarily proclaim your atheism to your friends and that causes them to argue on the subject with you?

People in general don't like anything they can't understand. If you believe whole heartedly in what you believe in, then it shouldn't matter what anyone says. You have to expect some rude comments or responses when you post something on a public site. Just don't let it bother you. I pesonally believe that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. I know what I believe in so it does not matter to me what someone else thinks.

I can only speak for myself, but I think it's everywhere, including among the atheists. I have seen just as many rude answers and questions from atheists as I have from Christians. Actually, most of the atheists on here have a blast telling us how STUPID we are, so don't have a pity party.

Their are rude people on both sides. I am a Christian and my experience is that most atheists think I am uneducated and naive.
Atheists are always trying to push their agenda's. Whether in the courts, or on Yahoo Answers, atheists are pushing their agenda. Religious people feel the same way about their beliefs, they feel they are right and want to share them with others.
So it goes both ways.

All believers aren't rude nor they criticize atheists. Just as all atheists aren't rude to Christians. If you've been on this forum very long you surely have read rudeness and criticism from both sides and also read intelligence and kindness from both sides.

Are you on the same Yahoo as I am? I see it the opposite way. I find atheist not just rude but actually some have murderous intent. Christians try to tell you what they know about God and you call that criticizing. What you are experiencing is the Holy Spirit convincing you of your sins and that is why you say mean things to us. They Holy Spirit can make your life very uncomfortable until you come to God for forgiveness. He wants you to know Jesus and end up in Heaven.

actually from what i have heard on hear its the other way around, although I'm not saying that some Christians would not be rude to non-believers,but not all people who believe in god are arrogant against other beliefs.
