Some toy and model train manufacturers had models of them. I suspect that were fictional like the aquarium car.

Yep. Circus train.

Ringling Bros. still operates two circus trains, the red unit and the blue unit. There is a third circus train operated by a different circus today, but I do not recall the name.

But, I have never seen a giraffe's head sticking out the top of a stock car, outside of those produced by Lionel. A giraffe would be beaned the first old tunnel or low clearance they came to.
