I want to put a picture of my friends head on a different body (I have the photo of my friend and the other picture saved to my computer now). Im just doing this for my friends. How can I do this? I dont want to install any software or downloads. Also, I dont want anything that costs! Can I do this with my Paint program? How?

Open the head of your freind and save a copy incase you mess up. Use free form select to select his/her head. Use the cut option and paste it onto the other image. Then use your mouse to move it around. It is going to look like a pile of you know what but that is the best you can do with a simple program like paint.

Is it possible to do in Paint? Yes, possible.
Is it easy and the results are good? No.
If this is just a one time use job try to download the 30 day trial of Photoshop. It is highly likely that it will take you just as much time to do it in Paint as (Download+Install+Do) in Photoshop.

Autum : that's done in Animation & Graphics yes you can
because it takes an long time which some photos would allow
creativity needed !
