"Trust Yourself" has to be a verb in the imperative - a command form. You're telling someone to do something. Fides is "trust" as a noun.

Trust Yourself = Te Crede

Te translates as "yourself". Creda is the singular imperative of the verb credere, which is "trust, trust in".
