The sounds of French greatly resist being transliterated into English. The "j" of "je" is not a j or a 'soft' g or any other sound, mostly they try writing this sound zhj, and so on for many sounds of French.

But here goes:

Jeu nuh pooh pah za tond reh poor voo vwar.

The s is elided over to the initial vowel of the word following. There is no accent on the e at the end of the infinitive "to wait," "attendre."

And this and any other attempt at writing this or any other French phrase with just letters would result in horrible French.

Already the first sound does not really exist in your language, unless you were really posh and said: oh no, like eu neu (with e as in person, and u as in New (York)
so: sh (but voiced, as in George, without the d)
she ne pe: (long and bright) pa (as in car) attendre (en like a nasal but) dr poor (pronounce the r) vous (like ’voo’ doo) voir (’voo’ but very short, then ’car’ without the c)
I know it must look horrible, but it is a different language with completely different sound; it would be unfair it if could be explained so easily.

The most difficult part is the attendre as the re on the end has a complicated sound, and voir has the w sound between the V and the O before the are.
