You probably want Capoeira. It's an art where the flips, handsprings, and spins are all part of the action. Great conditioning and a lot of fun.

Oh Cripes not again,
ok lets get somethin straight here first: the guy that's in the video you mentioned is prob'ly first and foremost a pretty good Gymnast (he might even be part of the local high school or college cheerleading squad) that also prob'ly learned Martial Arts. But I gotta admit, he'd make a pretty good stunt man for the movie industry
Dude, the acrobatic stuff you're prob'ly referring to is XMA (Extreme Martial Arts) which is only good for show in competition and added dramatics for a better score or if you plan on making a living as a stunt man in the movies, it's not really a "Martial Art".
and usually some schools will offer it as a side class for their members only.
but really you should just find a Gymnastics class, because there's not a specific Martial Art that teaches Gymnastics in it's curriculum.
Martial Arts that have anything remotely similar to acrobatics in it's techniques is Capoeira or MAYBE (and that's a BIIIG maybe) Wushu.

judo all the way. Most other arts are derivates. The bloke in the vid was just doing the same judo fall technique you get taught the first week you attend. He did it same side each time too, if he was any good he'd do it both way (eg left, then right)
It helps if you ride a bike and fall off, see it like learning how to swim, everyone should do it I'd make it compulsory to all known drug users.
