Credit Repair companies cannot guarantee to fix VALID entries on your credit report. They show you how to get old and inaccurate information off your report. The other thing they do is tell you to dispute all negative entries and hope the merchant does not respond to the OSCAR inquiry in a timely manner which gets the tradeline removed. If the foreclosure is valid, I doubt you can get it removed because it is part of public records.

I have had great experience with a great credit repair company. Believe it or not, there are legitimate companies out there. You have to do your homework, speak to a live person, and ask a lot of questions like I did. The credit repair company I used uses consumer rights and laws that most people aren't even aware they have to dispute negative items on your credit reports. Contrary to what the public is made to believe, it is ILLEGAL for the creditors, collection agencies, or the credit bureaus to put any negative items back on your credit reports once it has been removed. There are so many myths and untruths the average consumer thinks is fact, that's why finding a legitimate credit repair company can be so important. Having experts working with you, knowing how to use your consumer rights and laws, and knowing when to apply them, can make the disputing process less stressful and time consuming. Plus you will get the results you need a lot quicker. Yes, you can do your own credit repair, and you can also defend yourself in court also. Most people would opt to have an attorney represent them that has the experience and expertise in the field they need. The same applies in credit repair - knowing how to dispute and what rights and laws apply is key. Today your credit score is the most important number in your life. The better that number is, the better interest rates for financing, insurance premiums, chances for employment, and overall quality of life. Finding a good credit repair company is certainly worth the time and small financial investment upfront for the long term investment of your future. Don't be fooled by what you hear from friends and family about what can or can't be done with credit repair or on your credit reports. At least try to find a good credit repair company like I did and see for yourself what a legitimate company can do and how it can change your life for the better. The education you will also get about credit repair and how the credit system works will also be well worth it. The company I used really took the time to speak with me and really cared. I have not. I can tell you that it is illegal to alter valid credit information. If the foreclosure is legit, then it can not be erased from your credit report until the time it is supposed to fall off the report. Please investigate the company and read up on some credit repairing sites which are free before you give money to people who cannot do what they said they can do. If you do decide to go with a credit repair group get the agreement terms in writing. The amount you are paying specifically goes to what within this timeframe.

If the foreclosure was valid, there is no legal way for them to have it removed from your credit report. If you pay the people originally involved off, then they can report that to the credit bureau and have it noted. Credit repair companies simply do what their name implies - help you "fix" your credit report if it contains incorrect information. Even then it could take months.

Yes, I used a company and I had my foreclosure removed off all three credit bureaus.

I had to pay off my debts to make it permanent, they said, so i did.

It took almost 8 months of contstant disputing, but they were able to remove everything.

People think that it should happen overnight, it doesn't.

You have to keep disputing until the source stops verifying it.

The company was called credit assistance network and they are in florida.

Good luck.

You need to check out this video on how to increase your credit score by using a 100% legal loophole. Here is the video URL: http://www.creditscoresecret.org

I was able to get to 595 from 489 in just one day and from 489 to 748 in just a few week; that's pretty fast in my book. Good luck!
