Is your friend a pain or causing trouble at your place? and where is your home? Where is your friend from? what is his present status, a worker or a visitor? if he's a worker, he can apply for another visa or an extension or if he"s a visitor advise him to go to their embassy. You called him FRIEND, so take the responsiblity of being a friend.

Send him to a homeless shelter. You don't have to have a person living in your home as an unwelcome guest.
