I don't know if this is an urban myth or not, but I heard that pinch tobacco has particles of fiber glass in it that are supposed to cut into your oral tissue so the nicotine gets to your bloodstream faster. I just quit smoking and until I can get this addiction under control, I'm gonna stick with dip or pouches. I guess one advantage to pouches is that you don't have to brush your teeth to get the shreds of tobacco out every time you go out in public.

first off homie do not start dipping, i smoked for 5 years started when i was 14 quit when i was 20 still have one every now and then. quit cold turkey. i have been chewing for 2 years. and let me tell you it is a whole lot harder to quit chew than it is to quit smoking. i wish i would of never started but hopfully by telling you not to chew you will listen. girls think its nasty anyways bro come on now how you gonna get ladies with that in your mouth. i chew a can a day but now i have limited myself to half a can a day. but anyways to answer your question the difference is the pouches were made by companys just to make more money off of you. when you buy pouches they give you like 12 pouches which is like 6 chews. if you but the pinch you get a whole lot more juice and it lasts longer. go buy a can of pouches and a can of pinch and notice the weight difference. only reason they made pouches is to keep your teeth clean.

dipping has more nicotine then a smoke the advantage of a pouch is that you might not swallow as much dip then the long or short cut dip and would have a better chance not to get stomach cancer
either way you risk mouth lung stomach cancer. you should always brush you teeth after each use(i think it's impossible) of course you would not have as much in your teeth using a pouch but you still will stain you're teeth and lips

You are gonna suffer from lip/mouth/tounge/ cancer so no there is no advantage to using any tobacco product, go ahead and kill yourself, only losers can't keep themselves under control and turn thier lives around and know when ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!
stop it and get a hold on yourself

I highly doubt the fiberglass theory, but the thing is they can give you lip, tongue, throat & mouth cancer. So does the delivery system REALLY matter all that much???
