there is nothing god cant do, because god is omnipotent; he can do anything. so you cant say god cant sin. because then god would not be all powerful. the real question is, is god bound by his own morality? god is outside this universe, and as such is not bound to our perception of morality. he may give it to us, but that does not mean that he has to follow it. you will never understand god. you will only understand what your church tells you. and jesus is god according to the doctrine of the trinity.

God cannot sin because He is perfect. God cannot turn away from Himself.
Jesus is man, so He can sin, but He will not because He is also God.
Man can sin because God gives humanity freewill, this includes the freewill to turn away from Him.
