I do not believe that the questions go together.
Yes we are made in the Image of the One True God and His Son, the Bible is plain on this fact.
Does He have a sense of humor? Ps 37:13 “The LORD shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.”
Ps 2:4 “He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.”
One more point about God’s sense of humor. It was God that made the platypus :)

God has the ultimate sense of humor.
We are in the negative image of our Creator.
With help we can become the positive (express) image.
Christ is the express image of God (Hebrews 1:3).

Absolutely. Read these in context and they are funnier than I am summarizing:
In the book of Esther (7:8), when the evil Haman fall on top of Esther just as her husband King Ahasuerus walks in so it looks like he is molesting her and he gets the end he deserves.
In the book of Numbers (22), when the evil prophet Balaam was riding his donkey, God has the angels block them and run them off the road. Balaam claims to be a seer but he cannot see the angels, only the donkey can. After Balaam beats the donkey injustly, God has the donkey talk to Balaam and the donkey scolds him for beating him.
In 2 Kings (22), when the evil and golddigging Jezebel attempts to trap a new powerful guy in Jehu when her last husband loses power, it says she goes out to "paint her eyes and adorn her head." It's a trick that has worked for her in the past and she is counting on playing Jehu for a fool. But Jehu, who is almost as bad, sees right through it and has her thrown out the window. I know this sounds quite mean as I'm describing it, but in the context of who Jezebel was and what she did before this and how she was acting, this was a pretty funny reaction.
In the book of Jonah, when he is called to go to Ninavah, he runs in exactly the opposite direction. Of course God has him thrown overboard, he gets swallowed by the fish, and of course he eventually ends up back to Ninavah.
There are other stories also from the Bible and people I know and in my life as well.

Yes, because once I was with some family and friends and some were looking for a four leaf clover. Being cynical I said "Do you expect to just bend down and find one on the next try", the one I was pointing at was a four leaf clover. One guy said God must have been humoring my cynicism.

Psalm 37:13 The Lord shall laugh at him: for he seeth that his day is coming.
Proverbs 1:26 I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh.
I am not sure that this is in reference to the sense of humor that you refer to, but it seems that any attempt to come against God only makes Him laugh.

He does have a sense of humor. When I asked Him I suddenly started giggling uncontrollably like a little kid being tickled. That’s the truth and I promise you that I was perfectly sober.

well, although it was said that no one ever saw Jesus laugh while He was here on earth (Jesus is exact representation of God in man form), I think it's safe to say that God does have a sense of humor.
