Queen Camel, Somerset is pretty good. How about Nasty (I think that's Cambridgeshire). Westward Ho! (with an exclamation mark, in Devon) is pretty daft.
Idle in Yorkshire (as in Idle working mens club)
There is no Snodgrass in Kent - there is a Snodland though.

I live in Kent and there is no Snodgrass ! I think you mean Snodland. It's a horrible place, too.

There's also a Thong in Kent.

I don't know about the funniest, but the most seasonal names might be:
Cold Christmas - Hertfordshire
Holly Green - Worcestershire
Stocking - Herefordshire
Mistletoe Oak - Herefordshire
Snow Falls - North Yorkshire
Turkey Island - Hampshire
Cranberry - Staffordshire
Sproutes - West Sussex
Pudding Hill - Windsor
Brandys - Cornwall
Baileys - Essex
Nut Crackers - Devon
Wiseman's Bridge - Pembrokeshire
Star - Somerset.

Happy Christmas!
