option:
-use non-stick pan
-pour a teeny teeny bit of oil onto pan before cooking, and spread. then, cook on pan. it helps. or, do same thing except with butter.
- dunt leave the food alone for too long. Keep stirring it or like pushing around so that it doesnt stay in one place for a long time.
- take cooking lessons....

Use some extra virgin Olive oil to oil the bottom.Best bet is to use a good quality non-sticking pan and always use wooden fork and spoon when cooking and serving.

IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT TYPE OF PAN YOU ARE USING..... YOU CAN USE OLIVE OIL FOR REGULAR ONES.... FOR TEFLAN I WOULD USE PAM OR A SPRAY..... FOR STAINLESS I USE OLIVE OIL.... OR TURN DOWN THE HEAT A LITTLE.....

PUT BUTTER, it tastes good. but PAM and extra virgin olive oil will work. if you have high heat you may want a lighter olive oil try using sunflower or canola oil.
