It would depend on the type of diet. For instance, if your diet is all about getting rid of carbs, then no. If your diet is to get rid of fat (low fat diet) then just buy low fat ones. Basically it depends on the diet and also your "daily allowances". In general though they are usually OK to eat but in moderation. Also try to get low fat or no sugar or something. However, it is OK to let yourself enjoy food every once in a while :)

they're healthier than cookies. get low fat. they also have moer fiber than most other crackers. try "organic".
