How do you make those heart things? Is it with your keyboard or something?

I don't know what you mean but if you mean there is a heart shape among fonts it is not so hard to write them.
windows has a font named as WEDDING . try it
if they use one font , they do it by this trick :
hold Alt button and when the num lock is off type a number with those numbers , when you release a alt button it writes something for example : alt + 1 = ⺠or alt + 21 = §
