Right after they went to the 24 hour day. Before that you could drink for 37 hours straight in Scotland

Is it not an ancient law? they have an excuse that by being sober is against the law, and drink 24/7

not true you are not allowed to drink in public places in many places in Scotland (as long as 7 years ago) and some pubs in Dundee closed on sundays at T time. I hear they want to extend drinking time though in line with continent - where binge drinking is not an issue!!?
