the ? would only apply to those that have gone.if i'm on probation and have a valid passport can i travel out of the country.I know that i can get permision to travel in the usa.but i was thinking of traveling out of the country for 1 week.and i was wondering if anybody has traveled out of the country while on probation and what forms would i need.I'm going to ask my probation officer this week.

yes you may travel out of the county as long as your probation officer ok's it.

Now various nations you want to go to, may or may not have rules about people guilty of certain crimes from comming in, but you will havve to address nation by nation

You would need to request a travel permit from your probation officer, and then the judge would have to agree to allow you to travel out of the country.

It's possible that it may be allowed, but it depends upon your offense and your past behavior while on probation, as well as the reason you want to travel out of the country.

Without knowing your personal situation and what occurred to put you on probation...
I can safely say No. (BUT it utimately is up to your probation officer...)
I would think that if you do not have business out of the country, the officer is not going to allow you out of the country.

Your probation officer cannot give you permission to leave the country. At least that is how it is in my state. That doesn't mean you cannot. Don't ask, don't tell.

Talk to your probation officer. He/She is the only one who can give you that info correctly

Yes you can, i have never been on probation but it depends on what you are on probation for!!
