When a women gets pregnant, its always each other responsibility, however whenever coming up with like a name people always harass men for the wife to name their child? As with other options too, say the woman wants to abort the child but the man doesn't what happens there? Does the woman get her way? I mean after all the man did produce the sperm which impregnated her, so doesn't he have the option of having that child? (I know the woman has to push it out and stuff and assuming that there is no health threats to her.) I want to know if a woman would have that child so that the man could raise it.

Rowe vs Wade kinda answered that question for us.

Men have no rights anymore. I went to the doctor for a vasectomy and I needed my wife's permission. A woman doesn't even need her husbands permission for an abortion! This society is going down the (fallopian) tubes.

First of all supposing the father would like to raise the baby, He would have to be able to support the mother when she is no longer able to work. Any kind of problem can occur just from being pregnant. Some women have to be on bedrest for months. What would happen if he can't afford her lifestyle? There is an emotional connection that occurs when you are carrying the baby. I don't think you have ever givin birth before. That ish hurts!!! From about the 8th month to delivery you are completely miserable. Why?? For him? The people created the baby together, but why aren't they still together? personally, I would not go through all that for some man. If I was a man I wouldn't trust it. She may not want to quit doing drugs or drinking, just because he wants her to. She way not want to abstain from sex with whoever she chooses to. Maybe she doesn't want to ruin her figure. She may not want to go the doctor. What did the man have to give up? an ounce of sperm? PUHLEEASE!! It would take a really special women to do that!

No one can force a women to have an abortion and only the guardians of a minor (in some states where parental consent is needed) can stop her from having an abortion. I completely see where your coming from though.

I've always thought that if the Dad wanted the baby that it's very unfair and unethical for the girl to go and have an abortion. I've heard of some very heartbroken men whose girlfriends chose to have abortions. It's sad, sometimes we fight so much for women's rights that we leave men with none! I've never thought of the name issue, I know just as many men who have picked their children's names as women.
