I was also thinking pizza, but you could put all the fixins out and let them assemble their own personal pizzas. Maybe have a contest for the wildest, wittiest, and best all round. Of course the kids would decide. Something along those lines. Cokes are always in. Chocolate sheet cake is good and easy, especially the one with a tsp. of cimmamon. If you would like the recipe, let me know.

Well to be more specific i think virgen shirley temples (seltzer and cherry juice) are usually fairly good. Also lots of snacking foods like chips. A good chex mix usually works well. Also you can try the basic sodas (Coke, pepsi, sprite, etc.). I should know, i got a brother around that age.

Any party needs nibblers. I would do veggie platter with a kicked up ranch dip. a fruit platter with a dip. a layer dip with tostitos scoops and finger sandwiches to your liking. then go with a punch to drink and top the day off with vanilla ice cream with a chocolate cake iced with gnoche that has nutella mixed into it and cream cheese frosting layered together... you to the cake... then gnoche then cream cheese frosting then cake then gnoche then cream cheese frosting..... then melt the left over gnoche in the microwave and drizzle over the cake..... any other questions?

hollywood?! then you would definatley need the crytale! Sparkling cider that is! and there is this super good punch i make, you take rainbow sherbert icecream and 7up, and it makes a very good punch, as for food, finger foods are always good, like little sandwiches and cheese, meat and crackers. . . but also a really good idea would be to make a few main course like pasta dishes or meat dishes and have like a buffet-style type foods, good luck and i hope they have fun!!!

for a hollywood party, I would serve sliders (mini burgers) and chips. then make virgin drinks..a virgin pomegranate margarita, a virgin pina colada, shirley temples (no alchohol in there anyway) virgin cosmopolitan. then serve brownie sundaes for dessert. too cute! don't forget to tell people to come dressed as paris, britney, and lyndsay....undies optional!!! LOL!

Sounds like your going for something sophisticated...Try blending iced smoothies, and serving them in fancy glass (and don't put alchohal in it,.... obviously)
