im 5'8 165-175 i go up and down i want to know a good way to loose wheight and increase speed fast because last year i played varsity linebacker/lineman i dont like lineman because i always go against guys twice my size and i it is not fun at all and i play the game cause it is fun. im going into my junior year of high school next year im bulky , but no fat im pretty strong over all my 40yrd is about 5.4

wind sprints practice couple hours a day weight lift a couple hours a day . should speed you up with strenght.

Ouch! That stinks! Here's what I recommend you do. You go outside occasionly (Or on a trackfield or whatever) and Run! That's it run! I see if you are bulky like you say you are, cut down a little bit on the protein. Go for more fruits and veggies. When I say run also, I mean like sprints like a 400m, 800m, 1200m. (Rest 5-10 minutes) 1200m, 800m, 400m. I know its going to be hard, but you don't need to like sprint the thing! Just do this and cut down on calorie intake as well! Evantually, depending on the position you want to play, if you don't want to do these 400,800,1200 plans, than just do some sprints! Simple! 40yrds that is though and also most importantly STRETCH!

You should do aerobic exercise to increase your speed then you might be able to move to rb or wo, but it all depends on your hand and feet skills. Good luck any further question feel free to ask!
