break the floor into mini-grids 8" x 10"- there will be 24 in each direction (8" x 24 = 192"= 16' and 10" x 24 = 240" = 20')

There wil be 24 x 24 total rectangles or 576. 288 will be solid pieces and the other 288 must be cut on a diagonal from corner to corner. Now its just a matter of moving them around to find something aesthetically pleasing.

I would try a few patterns and check them with the owner prior to applying any mastic or glue to the floor.
