1) Intelligence vs. Religious preference (could be IQ, standardized tests, education level, etc. Must include Athiest or agnostic as a religious option)
2) % of Athiesm in the general population vs % of Athiesm in prison (jail, state institution, etc) population.

You can take a look at these, they don't really spell it out in the way you seem to want but they do show that the more education one has the less religious one tends to be. Since high education is correlated with high IQ it seems to imply that IQ and religiosity are inversly proportional.

IQ by country plotted vs % religious. R= -0.88 between IQ and religion, meaning as IQ goes down religiousness increases (statistically)
2) Atheist 156 0.209%
the # in jail and then the % of criminals which are atheist
so the % of atheists in the population against the whole atheist population would be much smaller than that even since there are only 156 atheists in jail ( This data is in only 1 state).
Comparitively christians composed 40% of the jail population.

1. Atheists tend to be smarter people. There is a negative correlation going on. The more religious, the less smart. Go figures.
2. Atheists are about 3.5% of the population.
Someone find sources. These are off the top of my head, but they are true nonetheless.

I don't think they do those kind of stats. However, my IQ is above average.
I don't know how many athiests are in the general population as the question usually is state your religion and many people don't state it for various reasons. Athiests in prisons well they may go in atheist but may not remain as prison minisrty is much more intensive.

I don't have the book in front of me, but in Letter to a Christian Nation, Sam Harris provides some of the stats you're looking for. As you might suspect, as education level increases, so does atheism.
93% of the National Academy of Sciences in Atheist.
About 10% of the US population is atheist, but only 1% of its prison population.

in simple terms because of the fact a black guy kills a white guy dosen't recommend he's racist plus a great variety of blacks dedicate crimes because of the fact they're in poverty and it boils all the way down to the white guy
