I think we will be able to do some things the same, not all. We wont be married or have children. But what God has for us will be better. You wont be bored. 1 Cor 2:9 - But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
God has something we cant imagine but is beyond wonderful :)

Matthew 22: 29, 30 and Revelation 5: 10 describe those in heaven along with Jesus as kings and priests. What do kings and priests do? They rule over others, and intercede between God and men. That, in itself, will keep them busy. But as for doing anything else, assuming you have the time and permission, I don't know. The Bible doesn't go into that. But, doing God's will--wherever it may be done from--would never be boring. Ecclestiastes 3: 11--no matter how long we live we will never find the end of God's handiwork.

What we enjoy the most are mortal things. Heaven is an immortal place. So no, perhaps a twisted variation, but it could never be the same. Enjoy your time here on Earth and don't worry about heaven. If you are truly a good person and heaven is truly for the righteous, you shouldn't even have to think about heaven. The easiest way to not go to heaven is to waste your time on Earth trying to be as approved by god as humanly possible.

When/if you ever enjoy what God desires for your purpose and destiny in Him then you will definitely enjoy Heaven. But please don't think you'll even want to do anything close to what you enjoy now. You won't even be in human form or having the desires of a human body or emotions. IF you make it to heaven you will be as God is in form which is a spirit. If/when you read the bible read about what God's word says about what the angels do and how we relate to them both now and in heaven. That is what you will enjoy because it will be you enjoying what God desires. A part of that can start right now if you are willing. That is to love your neighbor as you love yourself.

Remember sweet child that when you leave this world, you are just spiritual and not physical so the thing you get into now won't mean anything there. There you'll get to discover the millions of layers of love and positive thought and your new spiritual positive energy will traverse time and space in endless pursuit to spread your love light anywhere there is darkness....BIG Love and hope to see you there! I was thinking sort of along these lines last night. If heaven exists, what would I want to do there?
SHOP! I'd shop for clothes that I normally couldn't afford, that I normally wouldn't look good in, and that I normally wouldn't be physically comfortable in (like turtlenecks).
If I couldn't shop there, I'd leave. Yes I would!

I personally hope there will be football in Heaven. Like the Disciples vs. the Angels. That would be heavenly for me!
