With reverse seperation anxiety? Everytime my kids go somewhere overnight I feel sick. And I know rationally that their ok. I don't let them go anywhere where I don't know the parents personally and check out the environment to be sure it's safe and functional. Even when they go to my parent's house overnight I feel sick to my stomach. Any suggestions beside peppermint tea?

You'll never get used to it after all you are their mother and this is your job to worry at all times about your children . But what's good about you is the fact that you know for a fact that your kids are in good hands and they would never harm them , just sit down with the Bible and read all of Psalms you'll enjoy this book.

Sounds like you are a good parent. But when the kids are gone, take advantage of that time and do something rewarding for yourself. Take a hot bubble bath, go get a pedicure or haircut. Try to take your mind off them and focus on yourself. A little relaxation will not only help you emotionally but will make you a better parent for your kids.

don't worry. you'll just have to tell yourself that they'll be ok. if you phisically throw up, then i think it's time to see a doctor.
