When you've been angry with someone or they were mad at you and you want to breake the ice, how do you make them laugh?! lol

It's usually better to just admit that you're wrong and ask for forgiveness. You see, if you let the other person "win" than you will be the true winner, because you'll get your friend back. It's alot harder to stay mad at someone that has humbled themselves than someone who is trying to force you to apoligize for something.
If you want to make them laugh, do something stupid, then laugh at yourself. If it doesn't work, do something else. It works 99.9% of the time.
