Non-ChexSystems / Telecheck Banks

The following banks have been suggested as possibly willing to open accounts for consumers who are listed in ChexSystems and/or Telecheck. However, we have not been able to confirm any of these, and certainly cannot guarantee anything. The specific decisions may depend on such factors as the age of the listing, the number and amount of NSF items, and whether those items have been paid. We encourage you to post your experiences or information regarding these and any other banks on the CardReport Public Forum.
