I am smart funny, sharp witten, sarcastic and sometimes I go a little too far. I have noticed that women sometimes get turned off by my frequent use of jokes, and smart-alec remarks. I can't help myself, that is the way I am. I guess I am too honest, and not affraid to say what I am thinking. My roommates have told me to try to turn down the sarcasm a bit, but I cant; i think I get this from my father. So, why can't women get my humor/wit?

Just be who you are... you'll find a girl who is just as sarcastic as you are... you'll be perfect for each other.
If u try to be something you're not, you'll be miserable and eventually the true you will come out and the poor girl will be like WTF!!!!!
Don't be fake to impress somebody!

I dated a guy like you once and I have to say it got very annoying very quick. I couldn't have a serious conversation with him because he would make a joke out of anything I said. Everything was a joke to him "ALL THE TIME". I'm guessing he had a problem with showing his sensitive side so he used humor to cover it up, but it was way to much and our relationship ended. I met up with him a few months back and he's still the same jokster he was when we dated all those years ago. He's been married and divorced 4 times now and I can see that he's unhappy even though he trys to cover it by acting like an azz still. If you know you go to far then stop yourself before you do, because eventually your only going to kick yourself in the end.

Maybe you just associate with the wrong women!
I had a boyfriend once, who was sort of like you..i couldn't handle it because we could never ever have a serious conversation...and sometimes he'd make jokes in the wrong times and piss everybody off...but this is just me.
I'm sure you'll find women who appreciate your sense of humor and wit, maybe someone who is more like you...in the mean time, who cares what people think, be who you are, and be proud of it!

alot of women take too much humor as being too childish and not willing to grow up and sarcasm just comes off as cocky and self centered and rude. I girl likes some humor. As for the sarcasm think of it like this would you want a guy to talk to your mom like that?whatever is ur answer is could be ur solution.

Not all woman are like that. I work in a factory with mostly men and I can handle whatever is said to me and most of the time, I will have my own sarcastic remark. You might just be talking to the wrong women.

Sarcasm is a double-edged sword, and you never know when it's going to turn on you...so even when it's witty, it's something that's a little hard to be attracted to.
Why not look for a girl who uses sarcasm herself? That will probably be easier.

Personally I luv a sense of humor and sarcasm. Its probably because I have a sarcastic sense of humor myself.

Some girls mite jus not be lookin 4 somebody who is alwayz sarcatic and is alwayz joking. I dnt see n e thing worng with it though. I luv laughin but mayb u jus need 2 find sum 1 who appreciates u 4 who u r.

I think you would need to find a woman with the same personality... however if you aren't sometimes serious and caring in a conversation things can get old fast.

Playful is good but bad humor is not. Take it down a bit. Girls like guys who joke around though it is refreshing.
