What do you guys think of a boy that plays with barbie dolls?

I'm just curious on what you think of this matter. And for the idiots that are going to accuse me of being that boy, I'm not. I'm past that stage.

I dont think there is anything wrong with it. I used to know a boy that had an older sister and he played barbies and played with cabbage patch dolls, etc.He is now married , very manly and has 2 kids..lol, He is normal. My 3 boys dont , but Im sure if I bought some for the 3 year old he would like it, or if we had a girl around here they would probably play also. I dont see a problem.

There's nothing wrong with it. It's better than a gun! Now if that becomes the only toy he plays with then I may start trying to get him to play with something else but don't just take the doll away from him. Children's minds are hurry for new and different things, they shouldn't just have one kind of toy.

If you think your kids could be gay well i have somethng to say i played with barbies as a kid and i iam as straight as a line drawn from a ruler there is nothing wrong with that hope i was of some help

What do you think of a girl that plays with race car sets and radio controled vehicles...BTW the girl is my daughter. She HATED dolls and prefered climbing trees, playing with her race car sets. building things with the erector set and her leggos. All Barbie dolls she got were sold off in our yearly garage sales, most brand new still in the boxes they came in never opened.

It's nothing to worry about it, despite the cultural taboos. My cousin used to play with My Little Ponies up into grade school. Toys are toys when you're a kid, it doesn't mean anything.

There's nothing wrong with it. Just let him play with them. It doesn't insinuate anything about his sexual nature, it's just play. Maybe this is an early indication that he's learning to adore women... it all depends on how he's treating them. Is he being mean and disrespectful, or is he treating them with kindness?
Playing with dolls is alright, I wouldn't worry.

Well the imaginary boy has nothing to really worry about. you see i was like him it's me and two sisters. my sisters are not tom boys either. we lived in wilderness no one around for miles. i had no one esle to play with it was play dolls or be bored i guess. boy stuff i guess wasn't fun playing alone. besides i see it this way, i was proud to be with my sisters. they are close and our friendship is strong. i have a great girlfriend and i feel that i helped my sisters get through their boring times. they will return that favor later in life.

This is completely normal. I don't know his age, but it is good for a boy to develop his nurturing side. This does not mean anything is wrong with him. Just be sure to not discourage him from playing with them or he will think something is wrong with him.

I personally think that it's not ok for little boys to play with dolls cause it can lead to other things like them wanting to be a girl. Sorry just my opinion.

My cousin used to play with Barbies. My dad was teasing him about it one day and he said "Yeah, I COULD play soccer like everybody wants. But nobody who plays soccer is friends with FIVE girls."
