Find someone a little younger than him if you must have an older guy, or in the same age group as you, it is not impossible, but unlikely that he will be interested in you, most seniors also feel it makes them look bad to go out with a girl much younger than themselves. If they do, most do it with the intention of taking advantage of you, so its not somewhere you want to go.
Plus, if he has a girlfriend you are already treading in dangerous territory and showing home breaker tendencies, if he has a girlfriend and is so much older than you, just forget about him, rudeness often comes in pairs, chances are he isn't much different, since you don't know his name, its hard to judge.

8th grade to senior sounds like a big age difference. You should date people your age so you are on the same level, otherwise you'll be taken advantage of. A senior is likely almost an adult and an invitation to trouble for you and him. My advice, don't worry about dating in 8th grade just enjoy being with your friends, the dating thing will come soon enough.

If you are in 8th grade and he is a senior in high school, the two of you dating would make him sound really perverse and desperate. I don't think you are aware, but that big of an age difference at your age is a big one! You are becoming a young woman and he is becoming an adult.
Also, if he has a girlfriend that is another big no no. You have much to learn before you start dating!

If he's already got a girlfriend, let him go.
Sorry, I know it's hard to hear, but think about it: either he's in love with her (and has bad taste) or he's not (and is dating her for shallow reasons). If he dropped her for you, how do you know he wouldn't do that to you when a younger, prettier girl came along? Besides, what would you do when he went away to university for three years without you? It's just not going to work out, sorry.
I know guys your age aren't very mature, but give them a few years and they'll BE the seniors. There are just too many problems with this one for it to work in the long run.

Sweetheart at your ago four years difference is just too much, if he's over 18 than it's really a problem. There must be someone closer to your age that you could do thing with. In a few years the ago difference won't matter so much.

yeah, hun, I'm a sophomore in high school, 10th grade, and most seniors won't look at me. so give it a few more years, because if he does end up liking you, he's gonna break your heart, because it will probably just be a booty call, trust me, that's how teenage guys think. So date someone your own age, because I know for a fact that your parents won't let you date a senior. sorry!

Ahhh! 4 years difference is a lot during adolescents although not when your older. Try to remember he's nearly 18, if not already. I say flaunt your stuff in front of him to make him want you and act as if you almost dont really care. tease around. it will get him wanting you more. just be carefull, you do have to remember that guys typically havve one thing on their mind when their with younger girls.

What you don't understand yet is the girlfriend is probably rude because she satisfies him sexually, and knows she can get away with it. You guys just wouldn't match in public, and he couldn't explain to his friends, parents, etc that he is going out with someone who isn't even in high school yet.
There is still so much time in your life to have fun before you even discover guys at a high school level. 15 years from now, your age difference wouldn't matter, in fact he'd probably kill to go out with you! But for now, just enjoy being young with your friends, etc.

Are you serious? Any practially grown man who even looks at a little girl (like you) should be locked up. You'll have plenty of time to date older men once you're legal. Leave the guy and his girlfriend alone. You don't want to get him in trouble, do you?

He is way too old for you. It wouldn't be fair to you to date someone that old and he is leaving next year anyway. I know it's hard to see him with a girlfriend and it's easy to dislike her when she is mean. Wear what makes you feel beautiful because nothing is more alluring to a guy than a woman with confidence! Strut your stuff little lady!
