I'm 28, not a teenager - and it means I cannot wear short sleeves or sleeveless tops which is really annoying

Use a silica gel (you can get this from your chemist - try silicol - it comes in a blue box - its german I think not much info in English!! its about £8)/ take a silica supplement - it is great for skin probs / acne. Its recommended not to use oil based products for skin conditions such as this. I have found though that sudacream is great for bad skin / spots - it doesn't absorb very well so use at night before going to bed you should notice a difference within at least a week. If your moisturising use a moisturiser such as Neutrogena visibly clear oil free moisturiser - it costs about £5 in boots. When showering / Bathing use tea tree products. hope this helps! - Bio oil also good for skin probs costs about £9 in chemist.

sounds a lot like my arms actually, and i've seen lots and lots of people with the same... not sure of the technical term for it but that answer about blocked pores makes sense. do they look worse when you're cold? they do start to fade with a concerted effort with exfoliation and body lotion. might sound weird but in the shower, try rubbing a teaspoon of salt over each arm - i say salt because it dissolves on wet skin and prevents you doing any damage to it which is possible if you exfoliate too vigorously. and if you haven't got any body lotion, try a bit of olive oil...if it was good enough for the romans...

persistence is the answer though. get into a routine and they'll go.

They may be "sweat blisters" I forget the medical term. Just from your pores being small and the sweat not being able to escape so it dries up. When you squeeze them does clear lquid come out? Just exfoliate for a while and they will go away. Like a week or 2

Could be a diet thing going on. You may have a slight reaction to high glycemic foods, unfortunately all the good stuff, choccy, chips and sugary cakes etc. Lots of people have them and dont really know about it. Wrong time of year to be changing diets though. Good luck.
