This one's easy and it tastes great.

1 quart of prepared chicken broth (I get the low sodium variety)
1 bag of baby spinach
1 package tortellini

Boil the tortellini seperatly in water. Heat chicken broth to a simmer. Add tortellini to the broth, remove from heat and then add the baby spinach. Stir and serve. Shaved parmisian cheese goes great with this soup.

All fruits are fruit and vegetables. A "vegetable" is a plant, any part of which is employed for food.
