I don't know about Juice it Up but I worked at Jamba Juice and it's practically the same thing. If you know WHAT is in the smoothie, it's simple.
Let's say in a smoothie is orange juice, frozen yogurt, and strawberries. Depending on what size you want, lets say you want a "small", try 8 oz of orange juice and two medium scoops of frozen yogurt and one and half cups of fruit. It's all simple once you know what's in it, because the formula is always basically the same.
