The modern world has discovered the many benefits of Green Tea. For centuries, this lightly processed "gift from mother earth" has been the esteemed drink of emperors. Sir Jason Winters calls this superior blend of green tea "Chao Phrya Tea," named after the mighty river upon which the tea barges always sailed. Chao Phrya means "the river of the kings," and villagers in the river valley say their special Green Tea is "as emerald as the mountains rising in early morning mist."
The ancients were right! Modern science has now revealed that Green Tea contains powerful antioxidant and antimicrobial activity and other health promoting properties. Discover the wisdom of the ancients and drink Green Tea for good health.

Well, I prefer tea, like green tea. Personally dislike coffee. I used to take coffee before every history class, because I kept on falling asleep in it, and I knew that I seriously had to pay attention. But, as I started taking coffee, I got head aches more often and even though it kept me awake, it made me a little cranky. In the end, I completely stopped taking coffee. Besides, coffee is unhealthy, and it stunts ure growth... unless u already stopped growing. lol

Tea is actually healthier. It has less caffeine and it has some natural things in it that are relaxing. Coffe is LOADED with caffeine.

i choose espresso because i do not drink it, nor am I even bothering to attempt ingesting espresso for the first time. As for tea, relies upon on the flavour at the same time as organic. i'm into mint organic tea as well as sugar plum organic tea to call some famous flavors.
