Hi,I DESPERATELY need the recipe for the TOP CHEF recipe they did this week when they had to "cater" the hollywood party and they made all those hor dourves. I am needing the strawberry/marscapone cheese that the black team made (The one Mia was on) for a dinner party tomorrow night and I erased it from TIVO by mistake and it's NOT on the website:( THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

I saw that episode and this is not the original recipe, but one I have made many times and it's delicious.
1/2 pound mascarpone cheese at room temperature
3 medium thick slices panchetta,diced
1 tablespoon brandy
1 level tablespoon honey
5 large strawberries, hulled and diced
Combine all ingredients and chill at least one hour prior to serving.

they dont give you the recipe.. its just strawberries, marscapone cheese with pancetta
