Not sure if i should serve it chilled or not

I like Lambrusco with just a little chill on it. About 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator ought to do it. You don't want it cold, or you lose some of the flavor, but a light chill will tone down the sweetness and bring out the subtleties.

It is best served when poured down the garbage disposal. Then go get a decent bottle of wine.

Test it (the wine) and yourself (your palate)!

I usually like it at about 18º Celsius, but a good friend says it should come out of the fridge. There is no definite rule!

60-62 F, but it isn't as if it's a serious wine, it's a fun one. Don't take it our yourself seriously, just enjoy.
