We know that the first Doctor had a granddaughter, and the tenth Doctor revealed that he was a father once, so there is a distinct possibility that, somewhere out there, there is someone one who was once married the the Doctor.

He did have a wife and children, but got divorced… and she kept the kids.
The court proceedings went like this...
The judge asked Mr Who’s lawyer, “Whose kids are these,?”
The lawyer said, “Who’s, your honor”
“These kids, whose are they?” asked the judge.
“Yes, they are, your honor,” said the lawyer.
“They are what? Whose kids?” asked the judge.
The lawyer said, “Who’s, your honor”
After twenty minutes of this, the lawyer was
in contempt of court and the woman got the kids.
