Will ebay send a user's information to a collection agency and potentially ruin their credit if they neglect to pay their ebay fees? They don't have social security numbers as well, so what if anything would happen?

i dont know if e-bay will, but i've seen on tv people getting sued for not paying on e-bay......

They can. You agreed to the terms and agreements before using eBay. Part of the terms and agreements was that it was legally biding, seller fees and if you purchase an item and don't pay for it.

Yes they can! If you owe them past listing fees and final value fee's they can and will send you to collections! They sent me to collections 2 years ago! Be careful...

They really cant do anything, but they do have a bank account number from you, and maybe credit cards and other information
