I work with this guy that I really like but he is married and has been for 2 years. I am only 16 and he is 23. I cant stop thinking about him and I dream about him all the time. I know its more than a crush because I have had crushes in the past and trust me, this is no crush. Will someone please help me? What do I do about this?

GET OVER IT. Doesn't matter if it's a crush or more than that (personally I think it's an obsession and not love) he is WAY too old for you. Do yourself the favor of forgetting about him.

Get a new job. He's 23. You are 16...I know you think he is everything, but you will meet so many people in your life. Find a nice teenage boy. Think about it, he's married and 23. You are 16. I don't think he's gonna throw his life thus far away for a 16 year old. Move on.

you walk the **** away. you'll be nothing but a sleazy, young, homewrecking tramp.
if he's been married for 2 years do you think he really wants to have something with a 16 year old.. you're off your rocker..

it's not a crush.. it's temptaion b/c it's something you can't have. find someone your age..and move on.
i would recommend walking very far away or you will have one seriously ticked off wife at your throat..

Tell yourself right now to NEVER EVER get involved with a married man. You're wasting your time. He'd be flattered. Maybe (probably) go to bed with you. Statutory rape. Not leave his wife. There is nothing good to be said about it. You are going to meet a lot of attractive, married men in your life but leave them alone like the plague. Not only aren't they worth it, hon, but someday you will lose respect for yourself. Plus, its adultery & sinful.

Married = OFF LIMITS. Plus since your only 16 the relationship would be ILLEGAL. Get over him and find some nice guy your own age.

at your age, forget it, He's a little too old for you now. Besides, check your local laws for statutory assault. If you tell him, he may be in for a nice vacation.

There is nothing you can do about it, because he is married.
