You´ve received good answers to your questions. I would like to say from my point of view these percentages will be changing rapidly as more and more fast food chains move in. I live in Panama and in one year you see soooo many more over weight people on the streets than you did a year ago. We´ve got McD Pizza H, KFC, Friday´s, Bennigan´s, Popeye´s now Hooters and a whole bunch more I can´t think of right now. Sad to say, it´s the same thing that has happened in the US and now it´s sweeping central and south America.
